Description

These 4 Ingredient Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles are creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweetened with honey. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh or frozen fruit, a touch of cream, and natural sweetener, they’re the perfect healthy summer treat for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cold heavy cream: adds richness and creamy texture
  • 2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla): provides a thick and tangy base
  • 1/3 cup honey (or to taste): natural sweetener that balances the tanginess
  • 3 cups fruit of your choice (fresh or frozen): adds color, sweetness, and natural flavor

Instructions

  1. Lightly whisk the cold heavy cream until it thickens slightly but does not form soft peaks.
  2. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add chopped or pureed fruit, folding gently to create a marbled or uniform mix.
  4. Ensure popsicle molds are dry to avoid ice crystals, then spoon the mixture into the molds.
  5. Tap molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  7. To release, run molds under cool water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Slightly oversweeten the mixture since sweetness fades after freezing.
  • Dry molds completely before filling to prevent ice crystals.
  • Store popsicles individually wrapped in parchment paper for up to 3 weeks.
  • Experiment with fruit combinations like mango-kiwi, strawberry-banana, or mixed berries.
