Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into 1/8 inch thick rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (162°C).
  5. Place zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  6. Air fry for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Begin checking at the 8-minute mark and remove any slices that are already crisping or browning.
  7. Let the chips cool slightly before serving to allow them to crisp up further.
