Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
- Generously coat the chicken with the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and brush it with extra marinade.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
