- 1–2 lbs Chicken Breasts, boneless/skinless/diced
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 4–5 Garlic Cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen vegetables, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the prepared stuffing evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
