Description

This easy Chicken Caesar Wrap combines classic Caesar salad ingredients with tender chicken in a tortilla for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons (crushed slightly for easier biting)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch size

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and adjust dressing if needed.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave between damp paper towels for the same time.
  3. Place the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides, then roll each wrap burrito-style. Use a toothpick to secure if necessary. Cut in half or serve whole.
