Description

Christmas Pinwheels are a quick, festive, no-bake appetizer filled with a creamy ranch-seasoned cream cheese spread and crunchy red and green veggies. Perfect for holiday gatherings, potlucks, or make-ahead snacks, these colorful roll-ups are both kid-friendly and party-ready in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (or 1 store-bought packet)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
  • 4 spinach flour tortillas, 10-inch size

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  2. Add red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and olives. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Trim about 1/2 inch off three rounded edges of each tortilla for easier rolling.
  4. Spread approximately 3/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Unwrap and slice into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
  8. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled. Store leftovers in the fridge.

  • Use parchment paper between layers when storing to prevent sogginess.
  • Don’t slice the rolls until ready to serve for the best texture.
