Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (or 1 store-bought packet)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, diced
- 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
- 4 spinach flour tortillas, 10-inch size
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- Add red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and olives. Stir until evenly combined.
- Trim about 1/2 inch off three rounded edges of each tortilla for easier rolling.
- Spread approximately 3/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Unwrap and slice into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled. Store leftovers in the fridge.
Notes
- Use parchment paper between layers when storing to prevent sogginess.
- Don’t slice the rolls until ready to serve for the best texture.
- Speed up chilling by placing wrapped rolls in the freezer for 45 minutes.
- Add deli meats or cheese to customize the filling.
