Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen tater tots, cooked bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix evenly and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, ranch dressing mix, and milk. Pour this mixture evenly over the tater tot mixture in the baking dish.
- If making ahead, cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Otherwise, bake immediately.
