Description

Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites are an easy and delicious appetizer made with cream cheese, tortillas, and everything seasoning, then pan-fried or air-fried for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 6 flour (8-inch) tortillas
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons everything seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of room-temperature cream cheese evenly over each one.
  2. Sprinkle each tortilla with about 1 teaspoon of everything seasoning.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly, then slice off the ends if desired and cut the roll into six even pieces.
  4. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Place the tortilla bites cut side down and cook for about 1 minute until golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side.
  5. Serve warm, or alternatively, brush the bites with melted butter and air fry at 400°F for 5–6 minutes.

Notes

  • Use flavored tortillas like jalapeño or sundried tomato for extra flavor.
  • To make ahead, prepare and slice the bites, then refrigerate until ready to cook.
