Description
Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites are an easy and delicious appetizer made with cream cheese, tortillas, and everything seasoning, then pan-fried or air-fried for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 flour (8-inch) tortillas
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons everything seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of room-temperature cream cheese evenly over each one.
- Sprinkle each tortilla with about 1 teaspoon of everything seasoning.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, then slice off the ends if desired and cut the roll into six even pieces.
- In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Place the tortilla bites cut side down and cook for about 1 minute until golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Serve warm, or alternatively, brush the bites with melted butter and air fry at 400°F for 5–6 minutes.
Notes
- Use flavored tortillas like jalapeño or sundried tomato for extra flavor.
- To make ahead, prepare and slice the bites, then refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Let cooked bites cool before storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness—avoid the microwave for best results.
