Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add garlic, garlic powder, salt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Fold in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach until well incorporated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
