- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Add garlic, garlic powder, salt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach until well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
- Make sure to thoroughly drain spinach to avoid excess moisture.
- Fresh spinach can be used instead of frozen; sauté and drain before adding.
- To keep warm for longer events, transfer the dip to a slow cooker on the ‘warm’ setting.
