Instructions

- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 7–10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in diced sweet potatoes, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the spices to coat the ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the sweet potatoes are tender.
