This Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and hearty dish that combines chicken, bacon, and ranch seasoning in a low-carb, keto-friendly meal. It’s easy to prepare, budget-friendly, and perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cooked or raw, cubed
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces mayo
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  3. Add the cubed chicken and half of the chopped bacon to the mixture. Stir until everything is well-coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining chopped bacon.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • You can use cooked or raw chicken. If using raw chicken, expect extra liquid during cooking.
  • This casserole is perfect for meal prep. It can be assembled ahead of time and baked when needed.
