- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cooked or raw, cubed
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces mayo
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Add the cubed chicken and half of the chopped bacon to the mixture. Stir until everything is well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining chopped bacon.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- You can use cooked or raw chicken. If using raw chicken, expect extra liquid during cooking.
