Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and apple cider vinegar. Then add the warm water and stir again.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring to form a thick dough. If it feels dry, add more water, one tablespoon at a time.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- If the bread feels too dense, add more psyllium husk for better texture.
- Make sure the bread is fully cooled before slicing to prevent crumbling.
- If you don’t have psyllium husk, ground flaxseed can be used as a substitute, though it may alter the texture slightly.
