  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions until smooth and combined.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the topping.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
