Description

Monster Cookie Protein Balls are easy no-bake energy bites made with peanut butter, oats, protein powder, chocolate chips, and mini candies. They deliver classic monster cookie flavor in a healthier, protein-packed snack that’s perfect for meal prep, post-workout fuel, or quick grab-and-go energy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini candy-coated chocolates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 13 teaspoons water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until a thick dough begins to form, then fold in the mini chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates.
  3. Add water one teaspoon at a time, mixing until the dough is soft and holds together easily.
  4. Scoop about one tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a ball.
  5. Repeat until all the dough is used, yielding about 14–16 balls.
  6. Store the Monster Cookie Protein Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use well-stirred natural peanut butter for best texture.
  • If the mixture feels dry, add water gradually to avoid stickiness.
  • Protein powder brands vary, so adjust liquid as needed.
  • Balls firm up more after chilling.
