Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 4 blended bananas
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, sugar-free can be used)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a brownie pan with oil spray or baking paper.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. You can also blend the bananas first and mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared brownie tin, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the brownies are firm and cooked through. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick—it should come out clean.
  5. Let the brownies cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice into 16 squares and serve.
