- 3 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- ½ cup Crushed Peppermint Candies or Candy Canes
- Red Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining condensed milk. Stir in the peppermint extract and add red food coloring if desired, folding gently for a swirl effect.
- Pour the peppermint mixture over the chocolate layer. Use a knife to swirl the two layers together if you want a marbled effect.
- Top with crushed peppermint candies, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set the fudge.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into small squares.
