Pizza Tree on a Stick is a fun, festive holiday treat that combines the classic flavors of pizza with a creative tree shape. It’s perfect for kids and adults alike, offering a playful way to enjoy pizza on a stick during the holidays or any time of year.

- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 tbsp olive oil
- 8 bamboo or wooden skewers
Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for about 20 minutes to prevent them from burning.
- Grease a flat surface with 2 tbsp of olive oil and roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Cut the dough in half lengthwise.
- Spread tomato paste on one half of the dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the second half of the dough on top, pressing the sides to seal like a sandwich.
- Cut the dough into 5 long strips.
- Fold each strip into a zig-zag shape to form a tree. Insert a skewer into the center of each folded dough strip to shape it into a tree.
- Place the pizza trees on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
