- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, food coloring, and flour. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and softened butter for the filling.
- Roll dough into a large rectangle and spread the cinnamon filling evenly on top. Roll tightly into a log.
- Slice the dough into 12 even pieces. Place them in a greased baking pan and cover. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the frosting.
- Once rolls are baked, spread the cream cheese frosting on top and serve warm.
