Description

Ingredients

  • Crusty artisanal bread (4 slices, such as French loaf or sourdough)
  • Whole milk ricotta cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Fresh blueberries (2 cups)
  • Granulated sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • Honey (optional, for drizzling)
  • Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the fresh blueberries and spread them out on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the blueberries with a pinch of granulated sugar.
  3. Roast the blueberries in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the berries burst and become juicy.
