Description

This creamy spinach dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer that combines fresh spinach, tangy sour cream, rich cream cheese, and savory Parmesan. Perfect for any occasion, it’s simple to make and delicious served warm or cold.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop fresh spinach or thaw and squeeze out excess water from frozen spinach.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in grated Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in the spinach, ensuring it’s well combined.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or serve cold.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth texture.
  • For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Make the dip ahead of time and refrigerate; reheat before serving.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
