Instructions
- Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
- Slice cucumbers and red bell peppers into uniform pieces. Separate cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Add dill, parsley, dried minced onion, and salt. Stir until evenly combined.
- Gradually add blue food coloring to dip until desired shade is achieved.
- Transfer blue dip into a square container and place it in the top left corner of a large cookie sheet.
- Arrange grape tomatoes and red bell peppers in rows to form red stripes.
- Arrange cauliflower florets in alternating rows for white stripes.
- Use a star-shaped cutter to cut stars from thinly sliced radishes.
- Place radish stars on top of the blue dip to create the stars portion of the flag.
- Chill the assembled tray for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve alongside grilled pizza, fruit, or other appetizers.
