Description

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Slice cucumbers and red bell peppers into uniform pieces. Separate cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add dill, parsley, dried minced onion, and salt. Stir until evenly combined.
  5. Gradually add blue food coloring to dip until desired shade is achieved.
  6. Transfer blue dip into a square container and place it in the top left corner of a large cookie sheet.
  7. Arrange grape tomatoes and red bell peppers in rows to form red stripes.

  9. Use a star-shaped cutter to cut stars from thinly sliced radishes.
  10. Place radish stars on top of the blue dip to create the stars portion of the flag.
  11. Chill the assembled tray for 30 minutes before serving.
