Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ pounds salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon bites, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Place the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Transfer the cooked salmon to a serving platter, drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce, and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- Ensure the salmon pieces are in a single layer for the crispiest texture.
- You can adjust the heat by adding more or less sriracha in the sauce.
- If you don’t have an air fryer, bake the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
- For best results, serve the salmon immediately to maintain its crispy texture.
