- 4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 8 ounces mozzarella pearls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the pasta with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and pesto. Toss to combine.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and mozzarella pearls. Stir gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours before serving for better flavor.
