Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips gently in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate into heart-shaped molds and spread evenly to coat the bottom and sides. Refrigerate until set.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Remove molds from the refrigerator and spoon the peanut butter filling into the center of each chocolate shell.
- Cover the filling with remaining melted chocolate and smooth the tops.
- Refrigerate until fully firm, then carefully remove the hearts from the molds.
