  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup white sugar (for cinnamon-sugar swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar, then swirl this mixture into the batter using a knife or skewer.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
