  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  3. Add the chicken broth and scrape the skillet to release any browned bits. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  4. Stir in the parmesan cheese and let the sauce melt into a creamy texture.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the chicken is fully coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
