- 4 cups prepared stuffing, divided
- 1 lb cooked turkey, coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
- 3/4 cup Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise, divided
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Dried cranberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread half of the stuffing evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the chopped turkey.
- Mix cranberry sauce with 1/4 cup mayonnaise and spread evenly over the turkey layer.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining mayonnaise with mashed potatoes and mozzarella cheese. Spread this mixture over the turkey and cranberry layer.
- Top with the remaining stuffing.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling in the center.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with dried cranberries if desired.
Notes
- Prepare up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Freeze unbaked casserole for up to 2 months; thaw before baking.
- Substitute chicken for turkey if desired.
