Ingredients
Scale
- 3 Pounds Chicken thighs (About 6-8)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Rub the oil into the chicken to coat it evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Bake the chicken thighs for 35-45 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For crispy skin, ensure the chicken is fully dry before seasoning.
- If using boneless, skinless chicken thighs, reduce the cooking time by about 10 minutes.
- Check the chicken’s internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it is fully cooked.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
