Description

Fruit And Yogurt Parfaits are a quick, healthy breakfast or snack made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh mixed berries, crunchy granola, and optional wholesome toppings. They are easy to customize, perfect for meal prep, and ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all of the fruit. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  2. If desired, stir the honey and vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of four serving glasses or jars.
  4. Add a layer of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
  6. Repeat the layers of yogurt, fruit, and granola until each glass is nearly full.
  7. Top with the remaining berries, chia seeds, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, and fresh mint if using.
  8. Serve immediately for the crunchiest granola, or refrigerate the parfaits and add the granola just before serving if making ahead.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture and well-defined layers.
  • Keep the granola separate until serving to prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Fresh seasonal fruit provides the best flavor and natural sweetness.
  • Store assembled parfaits without granola in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Customize with peaches, mango, kiwi, pineapple, bananas, or other seasonal fruits.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version.
  • Add flaxseeds, hemp hearts, or extra nuts for additional nutrition and crunch.
