Description

This Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing is a simple, tangy, and sweet dressing that adds a burst of flavor to any salad. With just a few ingredients, it’s quick to prepare and versatile for all your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

  • 4 ounces olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Minced the garlic and juice the lemons. Measure out the remaining ingredients.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend or process until smooth and emulsified. Alternatively, whisk by hand while slowly streaming in the olive oil for a smooth mixture.
  4. Chill the dressing in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  5. Shake or whisk the dressing before serving as it may separate after sitting.
