- 3 cups cold milk
Instructions

- Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Spread the lemon pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours or until fully set before serving.
