- 14–16 whole graham cracker sheets (about 7 oz / 200 g)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together 2 packages (3.4 oz each) lemon pudding mix and 3 cups cold milk until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes until thickened.
- In a separate bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese until creamy and lump-free.
- Add 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon lemon zest to the cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Fold the prepared pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Gently fold in 8 oz whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Arrange a layer of 14–16 graham cracker sheets across the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, breaking crackers as needed to fit.
- Spread one-third of the lemon filling evenly over the graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers two more times, ending with the remaining lemon filling on top.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and cover tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set and the graham crackers have softened.
- Garnish with lemon slices and additional whipped topping before serving.
- Slice into 12 portions and serve chilled.
