Description

This No Bake Peanut Butter Pie is a rich, creamy, and irresistible dessert made with a smooth peanut butter filling, whipped topping, and cream cheese in a chocolate graham cracker crust. With just a few simple ingredients and no oven required, it’s the perfect make-ahead treat for holidays, parties, and everyday peanut butter cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup (256 g) creamy peanut butter, for the filling
  • 1/4 cup (64 g) creamy peanut butter, melted for drizzling
  • 3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces (226 g or about 3 cups) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup (about 150 g) mini peanut butter cups, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup (256 g) of creamy peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  3. Spoon the filling into the 9-inch chocolate graham cracker crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until completely set.
  5. Before serving, melt the remaining 1/4 cup (64 g) peanut butter and drizzle it over the chilled pie.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped mini peanut butter cups over the top, if desired.
  7. Slice into 8 servings and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese at room temperature for the smoothest filling.
  • Traditional creamy peanut butter provides the best texture; natural peanut butter may make the filling softer.
  • The pie can be prepared up to 3 days ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator.
  • Freeze the pie for up to 1 month and enjoy it frozen for a refreshing variation.
  • Substitute an Oreo cookie crust for a richer chocolate flavor.
  • Additional topping options include hot fudge sauce, mini chocolate chips, whipped cream, or chopped peanuts.
