- 4–5 basil leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 15 phyllo shells (frozen or pre-baked)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine softened goat cheese and cream cheese using a fork until smooth.
- Add chopped thyme, rosemary, basil, and a pinch of salt; mix until evenly blended.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
- Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet and spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture into each shell, pressing lightly to fill.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the phyllo shells are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and drizzle lightly with honey before serving warm or at room temperature.
