Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes to release flavors.
- Add tomatoes, beans, corn, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more taco seasoning or salt if necessary.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like sour cream and cheese.
