- 1 lb. oven-roasted turkey breast
- 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- Honey mustard (optional)
Instructions

- Slice the French bread into even pieces.
- Spread one tablespoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the bread, butter-side down, on the panini press.
- If using honey mustard, spread it on each slice of bread.
- Layer on the turkey, apple slices, and cheddar cheese on one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Close the panini press and grill for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Notes
- If you prefer, you can substitute the honey mustard with Dijon mustard or skip it entirely for a different flavor profile.
- For a vegan version, swap out the turkey for grilled vegetables and use dairy-free cheese.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but it’s best enjoyed fresh.
